Delete your Pursue account
AiGen LLC ("AiGen") lets you delete your Pursue account and associated personal data at any time.
You can delete your account from the Pursue app on iPhone or Android, or by email. The steps below walk you through both options.
Delete in the app (recommended)
1. Open Pursue and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to Delete account.
3. Confirm in both steps. Your account and associated data (projects, messages, uploads, memories, and profile) will be scheduled for deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after processing completes.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email aigenapps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my account." Include your display name if helpful. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing deletion.
What we delete
Within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request, we delete or anonymize account data including project content, AI conversation history, uploads, mood check-ins, referral associations tied to your account, and memory embeddings, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we do not delete automatically
Deleting your Pursue account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Cancel billing separately: iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android → Google Play → Subscriptions.
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you, and backup copies purged on a rolling schedule, may persist briefly as described in our Privacy Policy.
