The app isn't working — what should I do?

Force-quit and reopen the app. If it persists, email us at aigenapps@gmail.com with your device model and iOS/Android version.

Is Pursue available in Chinese?

Yes — English and Simplified Chinese are both fully supported.

How does founding-member pricing work?

Early subscribers who purchase Pro at the founding rate ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active. Standard pricing after launch is expected to be $19.99/month or $99.99/year for new subscribers.
